Is that some sort of rally car you're building there PugMonkey?
1984 Ford Falcon 250ci inline 6 MS'd of course!

Now improved the way Ford should have built it with a 4speed automatic.

Also with 3.45 LSD for added goodness.

Nah it's just my play thing / daily driver

I bought it with a blown engine and it's just grown from there. I have raced it a few times but reliability for the trip to work on the following Monday suffers badly. It has the larger Peugeot 405 Mi16 engine which certainly was a shoe-horn job but all goes well. Now looking to go MSII

Those Mi16 boxes went like stink... I'd imagine the smaller 205 would be a regular rocket!

Gidday Guys,
My names Steve and I am also a newbie at all this. I am a radio tech by trade and know enough about engines to get out of trouble most times, also haven't grown up. I have MS'ed a Holden 308 with VN-P heads and factory EFI hardware and fitted this to a timber ski boat that I built. I have a MSII V3 with MSIIextra 3.1.0 wasted.
If you guys were still interested in getting together someplace sometime this would be great. I am having some bother with the engine stopping after the ASE has expired. Cheers.

Hi Mate, That boat sounds nice. I have always wanted a timber ski boat. I race Jet boats but that is carbie fed for now. Can you post a picture?

Where are you located?

If it is stalling after ASE times out then your VE table is probably too lean, or your required fuel is too low.

Cheers

Daniel.

bringing back an old thread. I am looking to MS a VW and have spoken to Wagen over the phone and it sounds like there is a little bit of support there. If ther are any mettings coming up when i am in brisbane i would love to come and get a bit of education.

no problems with traveling and buying a round and would love to catch up with people. So for now i will be flooding these forums with questions that i cannot get from the manual, all 190 pages of it. MMMM reading.
